clinic-grade tools in one box
The same kind of tools a physical therapist uses in clinic, chosen for the knee and packed with a step-by-step program.

7 clinic-grade tools, a printed manual and 21 video-guided exercises from a real physical therapist. Everything your knee needs, in the order it needs it.

Tap a spot on the knee to see what's usually going on and which tools in your kit are made for it. This isn't a diagnosis: if pain is sharp, new or getting worse, check with a clinician first.
Often linked to weak hip and thigh muscles and tight tissue around the kneecap. It tends to show up on stairs, squats and after sitting for a long time.
Common after walking or twisting, especially when the knee drifts inward. Better hip control and alignment take load off this side of the joint.
Tight tissue along the outer thigh can pull on the side of the knee, often after running or long walks. Releasing and stretching it brings relief.
When the whole knee feels stiff or swollen, calm it first with hot and cold therapy and gentle movement, then build strength phase by phase.

Questions, Answered
Quick answers before you get started.
You can do them 1–2 times a day, depending on how your knee feels. Start slowly and build up as your knee gets stronger. Consistency matters more than intensity.
A mild stretching sensation is normal, especially at the start. Sharp or increasing pain is not. If you feel significant discomfort, stop and rest, and only continue when the movement feels comfortable.
Ice helps if you have swelling, inflammation or pain after activity. Heat can relax stiff muscles before or after exercise. Always apply for short periods to avoid irritating the skin.
The brace works best during activities like walking or exercising, where it adds support and confidence. Avoid wearing it all day unless a clinician has advised it.
Once the earlier movements feel easy and comfortable, move on to the band exercises in your manual. Start with lighter resistance and progress gradually.
